Is an application, in the training framework, that allows the operator to obtain, in any moment of the day, forwarding a text message, any of the steps of recovery negotiation, with a view to going through it once again and consolidate the crucial points that are decisive in order to accomplish the main goal. This reflects a competent, professional and satisfying recovery for all the parties involved: the customer, the operator and the debtor.
